I recently came across a book called strengths Finder 2.0 that was given by one of the teachers from GradID and so i wen on amazon and bought it for $12.

In this book you get a unique code to go online and do this 30 minute test that derives your strength from a series of questions.

According to my test my top 5 themes are:

ActivatorPeople who are especially talented in the Activator theme can make things happen by turning thoughts into action. They are often impatient.

IndividualizationPeople who are especially talented in the Individualization theme are intrigued with the unique qualities of each person. They have a gift for figuring out how people who are different can work together productively.

StrategicPeople who are especially talented in the Strategic theme create alternative ways to proceed. Faced with any given scenario, they can quickly spot the relevant patterns and issues.

DeveloperPeople who are especially talented in the Developer theme recognize and cultivate the potential in others. They spot the signs of each small improvement and derive satisfaction from these improvements.

CommandPeople who are especially talented in the Command theme have presence. They can take control of a situation and make decisions.

Longer descriptions are available but it would take a lot of posts to get all the content down. Needless to say that it is a good $12 spent!
